Questions
Frequently asked
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Currently we deliver across Gauteng, including Krugersdorp, Roodepoort, Soweto, Johannesburg, Sandton, Randburg, Midrand, Centurion, Pretoria, the East Rand and the Vaal Triangle. Free factory collection from our Krugersdorp factory is available everywhere else for now.
How long does delivery take?
Every pot is cast to order, so allow 3 to 4 weeks from payment, whether you are collecting or we are delivering. EFT orders start once payment reflects in our account. We call you as soon as your pots are ready and confirm a date with you then. Call us on 069 592 0794 any time for an update.
Can I collect from the factory?
Yes, collection is free. Every pot is cast to order, so allow 3 to 4 weeks, and we will phone you as soon as yours are ready to arrange a time. You can reach us on 069 592 0794. Our factory is at 16 Dyke St, Factoria, Krugersdorp.
How do I pay?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay via Paystack) for instant confirmation, or direct EFT. We don't accept cash on delivery, payment must reflect before delivery or collection.
What are your pots made of?
GRC fibre cement (glass-reinforced concrete). It is stronger than terracotta or clay, much lighter than solid concrete, UV-stable and frost-resistant, made for outdoor use in South African conditions. Like any cement product it can chip if knocked hard, and every pot carries a 12-month warranty.
